I know you feel, life goes on
Oh how it has, I had to be brave
In these empty years, since you've been gone
I miss you like yesterday, you went
Years, months, weeks, days are long
Though knowing, as each and every soul was lent
God my beckoning spirit, helped make me strong
In parts, the rest of me is weak
Some days I know not, where I belong
My heart it looked into where I could seek
Sadly in all I found, for me was very wrong

Individual, different is each and everyone
Mistakes I made, some not so clever
On I travel, endeavour, through your eyes, once brightly shone
